Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of Napoleon (npln.ai), provided by the operator named in the Imprint.

The service
Napoleon guides you through describing your business, suggests where an AI assistant can help, designs workflows with you and generates a plugin you can install in an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. Napoleon does not run your workflows itself; your assistant does, under its own provider's terms.
Your account
You need an account and must keep your login secure. You are responsible for what happens in your account. You must be at least 18 and use Napoleon for your business.
Your content
You keep all rights to what you enter and upload and to the plugins generated for you. You give us the right to process it only to provide Napoleon to you. Only upload content you are allowed to share.
AI output and your responsibility
Napoleon uses AI. Its suggestions, workflows and generated content can be incomplete or wrong. Review them before use. The workflows are designed to ask for your approval before sending, paying or deleting anything; keep those approvals in place. You decide what your assistant does for your business and remain responsible for it.
Plans and payment
The free plan has the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until you cancel; you can cancel any time in Billing, effective at the end of the paid period. Prices are shown before you pay.
Fair use
Do not misuse Napoleon: no illegal content, no attempts to break or overload the service, no reselling access without our agreement.
Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Mandatory statutory liability remains unaffected.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes in advance. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Questions: support@npln.ai.
